Lone Hawk Hats is the creation of musician Charlie Overbey, a Southern California native and long time lover of hats. "I create custom vintage hats from shells originally made in the USA long ago when quality was held dearly above quantity"

Lone Hawk hats are restyled and reshaped by hand using only the highest quality vintage shells available and using environmentally safe materials.

Due to Supply and Demand we have an extensive wait list on certain sizes and styles. Each piece is a hand sculpted work of art, to insure the highest quality product we request your patience.
